The services provided at the STEM-MESA Center are here to help you succeed at San Bernardino Valley College by providing FREE TUTORING, academic support, study space, access to technology, and academic excellence workshops in multiple subjects to a diverse group of learners. We take special care to empower students with learning strategies and skills needed to become independent learners on the path towards academic success!
STEM-MESA Tutoring
Get help understanding your classes and completing your college coursework with the help of peer tutors. Our tutors are here to provide a supportive learning environment to any enrolled student seeking academic support. Regular tutoring sessions may help you better understand your courses and provide you with the skills and structure required to earn higher grades.
We offer in-person tutoring Monday-Saturday, no appointment necessary. Click the "Drop-In Schedule" below to see when we have tutors avaiable for your class.

About Jessica: Hello Everyone! My name is Jessica and I'm looking forward to being your Biology Facilitator this semester. I have a great passion for science, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry. Hello, my name is Agustin Figueroa and I wanted to personally introduce myself as
I will be a facilitator for Chemistry 101. I have pretty much taken all of the Chemistry
classes offered at Valley College and without a doubt, I know the struggle that comes
with chemistry. My job is to encourage and support you along your academic career
as there will be many difficult challenges ahead. I will be holding in person workshops
